A 7 Brew coffee shop is planned for 906 W. University Drive in Denton, Texas, with a state filing putting the estimated construction cost at $1.5 million.
The project was registered Oct. 7 with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Its schedule lists a May 17, 2027 start and an Oct. 29, 2027 completion.
The filing describes a 510-square-foot coffee shop and classifies the work as new construction. It does not establish that the existing building will be renovated or reused.
The University Drive address previously appeared as DATCU’s North Denton branch in the credit union’s January 2023 account agreement. DATCU now lists that branch at 3000 E. Sherman Drive.
The dates in the state record are construction estimates, not a confirmed opening day. The record’s current status is Project Registered.
