Denton Halloween’s October 2026 guide lists three artist-built displays that give visitors specific stops around downtown Denton, Texas.

At The Brown Thumb, 215 N. Cedar St., Aileen Khuu and Christopher Blay’s “Frankenstones” uses paper pulp and synthetic materials to create rocklike forms inspired by plastic pollution. The work is marked as location 13 on the organizer’s art-and-decor map.

Harvest House, 331 E. Hickory St., is the setting for “I Saw the Harvest Glow,” by Chynna Blue, Kristin Wyly, and Morgan and Eric Grasham. The oversized haunted television is designed as a photo setting. It appears as map location 14.

At The Bearded Monk, 112 E. McKinney St., “Toxic Bloom” is described as a courtyard display of towering, fluorescent carnivorous flowers. Organizers credit Olli Miller and Jacob Phillips and identify the installation as map location 16.

The projects are listed for the artist mentorship program’s October display period. Check the official attractions page and art-and-decor map for updates, and individual businesses for access hours.
