DeMarvion Overshown will miss his second consecutive game when the Dallas Cowboys face the Baltimore Ravens in Brazil, joined on the inactive list by cornerback Cobie Durant and safeties Malik Hooker and P.J. Locke. All four missed Dallas practices Wednesday and Thursday and will not travel to Rio de Janeiro. The Cowboys and Ravens are both 1-1 this NFL season.
Durant, who joined Dallas this offseason after four seasons with the Rams, started the team's first two games. He played 87 defensive snaps before suffering a hamstring injury in last Sunday's win over Washington and was expected to miss multiple weeks.
Hooker has been out since fracturing his forearm in the opener against the New York Giants, in which he started and played 12 defensive snaps. Locke replaced him against Washington, starting and playing 31 snaps before tearing the plantar fascia in his foot.
Overshown hurt his hamstring against the Giants, starting that game and recording seven tackles before leaving. Jaishawn Barham is expected to continue in a larger role, while second-year cornerback Shavon Revel Jr. is expected to see more playing time with Durant unavailable. The game is scheduled for 3:25 p.m.
