The proposed action also includes amending the Zoning Ordinance, specifically Ordinance No. 11-04-09 as amended.

The subject property covers approximately 104.4± acres located on the southwest corner of FM 423 and University Drive.

The parcel is currently zoned Planned Development-254 within Neighborhood #50.
