Texas Woman’s University hosts UT Permian Basin at 6 p.m. Central on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Pioneer Soccer Park in Denton. The women’s soccer match is TWU’s Pink Out event for breast cancer awareness.

The No. 25 Pioneers enter 11–1 overall and 7–1 in Lone Star Conference play, according to TWU’s Oct. 6 preview. They have allowed two goals and recorded 10 shutouts in 12 matches while scoring 27 goals.

UT Permian Basin arrives with a 4–7 overall record and a 1–7 conference mark. The Falcons lost 4–0 to DBU in their most recent match on Oct. 3.

TWU says tickets are sold online only. Its game preview links to tickets, the clear-bag policy, a livestream and live statistics for fans following from home.

The Pioneers’ next scheduled match is Saturday, Oct. 10, at Texas A&M International in Laredo, with kickoff at 11 a.m. Central.
