Dallas led 10-0 after Brandon Aubrey made a 28-yard field goal and Javonte Williams scored on a 2-yard run. Baltimore answered with two Derrick Henry rushing touchdowns, covering 4 and 3 yards, then moved ahead 24-13 on Lamar Jackson's 4-yard scoring pass to Chris Moore.
The Cowboys later took a 28-24 advantage. Dak Prescott connected with Jake Ferguson for a 19-yard touchdown, followed by a two-point pass to CeeDee Lamb, and KaVontae Turpin scored from 9 yards. Baltimore went back in front when Jackson threw a 2-yard touchdown to rookie tight end Matt Hibner with 1:30 remaining.
Prescott then moved Dallas into field-goal range, and Aubrey tied the game from 23 yards with seven seconds left. Jackson's 27-yard completion to Zay Flowers and a timeout set up Loop's winning attempt with one second remaining.
Prescott completed 25 of 40 passes for 276 yards and one touchdown. Williams ran for 98 yards on 19 carries, while Lamb caught seven passes for 112 yards. Jackson was 15 of 20 for 186 yards and two touchdowns, and Henry gained 89 yards. Dallas is 1-2, and Baltimore is 2-1.
