UNT's hydroponic garden can grow up to a fifth of campus dining's leafy greens
The Diamond Eagles Garden at Mean Green Acres can supply about 15% to 20% of UNT Dining Services' weekly leafy-green purchases, and the program plans to add crops such as microgreens.
